Touch Screens technology is quite
divers with capacitive, resistive, 4 wire, 5 wire technology and a wide range of
used coatings and layers on top of the regular screens to make them ‘touch
sensitive’.
In all cases a finger, in stead of
a mouse pointer, is used to select a certain item and by double touching to
activate it.

Attention: Most
advanced screens, as discussed above, are made of (or are coated with)
synthetic material. This material is, by definition, porous.
This is the main reason that virtually all, non purpose developed,
cleaners lead to hairline scratches, discoloring, reduced brightness and
eventually permanent damage of the screens. |
